Tours during the visit
The published tour program offered free visits led by VVMF staff for schools, veterans organizations, churches, and community groups.
What Groups Experience
History you can put your hand on
VVMF staff traveled with the exhibit and led guided tours — the story of the Vietnam War, how The Wall came to be, and the lives behind the names. Tours were offered to groups of all ages.
For students, the exhibit brought the Memorial, its artifacts, and its stories close to their hometown.
The published tour plan
Guided group tours were offered free of charge in the 2026 program. Thursday, September 24 and Friday, September 25 were designated school field-trip days. No tours are being booked for this completed visit.
