The Wall is open 24 hours a day — and every one of those hours is staffed by volunteers from our community. This is the most meaningful shift you'll ever work.

Setup Crew
Help assemble all 140 panels on setup day — no experience needed, training provided on site.
Wall Ambassadors
Welcome visitors, help locate names, assist with rubbings, and be a steady presence at The Wall.
Information Tent
Staff the welcome tent — directories, questions, and directions.
Overnight Shifts
The Wall never closes. Overnight volunteers keep watch through the quietest, most powerful hours.
Group Tour Support
Help guide school and community groups through their visit.
Teardown Crew
After closing at 2:00 PM on the final day, help disassemble The Wall for its next community.
